Fantastic Friday

Spent Day #8 on a boat at Collins Lake with good friends. AND in the lake keeping cool too!

After a breakfast of (2) eggs/veggies/peach/coffee, I juiced, which gave me enough for four medium mason jars & cut up some cucumber and carrots to pack along in our little cooler. Got me through the day :)


Our friends invited us to eat dinner with them at their place. I enjoyed a very small piece of bbq'd chicken and salad no dressing. It was very good. I passed on the Mac & cheese & baked potato. See? I can do this!

Pain Relief Naturally

Rheumatoid this, & inflamed that. I can't imagine anyone COULD be sick and in a state of inflammation after existing on nutrient dense food most of the time. Worth a try, right?

While at the store loading up on MASS amounts of produce this evening, I told husband Dave that he needs to shop *like a bachelor*. *hehee* I told him that from now on, he's the only one who will be eating normal everyday food in our house. If we buy milk, or a loaf of bread, it's ONLY him that will consume it. *Weird* and different for us! I think he was having fun shopping for himself. I got him a small pack of ground beef for his grilled cheeseburgers tomorrow night. He will have to share an 8-pack of burger buns with himself.

Tonight's supper for myself was a large salad with canned crab meat/NO dressing/Lemon Zinger Tea. I don't think I'll do the canned crab again, but the salad was great!

Green onions
Cucumbers
Grape tomatoes
Avocado
Pickled beets

Planning to have a large peach for my evening snack :)

Still On Track

Down another #1.5 lbs today! Still a little weak, but no headache. Been out runn'in around with camp friends today. We took a drive to Lake Francis. Now we're going swimming here at Lake Of The Springs for a couple hours, then home for a big salad. Taking a cup of juice with me so I don't get shaky & I'm good to go!

I Know! My Posts Are All Out Of Order!

As of Day #4, I've lost #8 lbs. Yes, I know it's water weight...but YAY! Here's me today (06/22/2015) at #230 lbs. 





Day #2 Breakfast

Here's breakfast on Day #2, 
Zucchini, bell pepper, grated carrot, grape tomatoes, spinach, two (2) eggs, feta cheese, & strawberries on the side. *Everything was sweet, flavorful, delicious, & filling*







Day #2 Dinner

Here's dinner on Day #2
